Homemade beet noodles! / ¡Tallarines de remolacha caseros! [ESP-ENG]

Hoy quiero compartirles esta maravillosa receta que me ha ayudado a incluir la remolacha en mi dieta, ya que no es una verdura que me apasione😖, pero que intento consumir por sus múltiples propiedades, entre las cuales se incluyen su importante aporte de hierro y fibra! Les aseguro que van a amar comerlas de esta manera, e incluso si tienen niños en su casa van a poder convencerlos de comer remolacha con estos coloridos tallarines💕
Sin más preámbulos, la receta está en las imágenes, y los ingredientes son:
-3 remolachas medianas (en la foto se ven 4, pero terminé usando solo 3 medianas)
-500 gramos de harina de todo uso o integral (NO leudante)
-2 huevos
-una pizca de sal
-una pizca de pimienta negra o blanca

I assure you that you are going to love eating them this way, and even if you have children in your house you will be able to convince them to eat beets with these colorful noodles💕
Without further ado, the recipe is in the pictures, and the ingredients are:
-3 medium beets (you can see 4 in the photo, but I ended up using only 3 medium)
-500 grams of all-purpose or whole-wheat flour (NOT self-rising)
-2 eggs
-a pinch of salt
-a pinch of black or white pepper
