Yesterday after work, my colleague invited me to her home to sit and talk because she helped me to collect a parcel when I was out for business trip, it’s a good chance to visit her, to collect the parcel and have some delicious foods there.
She bought some lobster and mushroom from the internet shop, we waited for 30 minutes then the foods arrived. My colleague said that I am a guest, she didn’t allow me to help, then I sit on the sofa to watch television and wait for her.
The mushroom not only have cheese but also some crab meat, it smell very good when cooking, and look very nice when it is done. And the lobster made my very hungry when I saw it. Recently I am doing diet, haven’t eat the yummy foods like this for a while, at the beginning I worry my weight go up, but we have a saying “ if we don’t take enough food, we don’t have energy to do exercise and lost weight”
So, taking such nice food is a correct way on the diet path I think. Do you agree?
