Hello my dear lovers of the delights of the kitchen, once again I will share with you one of my seasonal recipes, the inverted mango cake.
Antes de compartir mi receta, quiero que conozcan las vitaminas que posee el mango, esta fruta es rica en vitamina C, además de tener también una importante fuente de vitamina A y algo menor de B. El mango tambien se contiene un conjunto de nutrientes y sustancias antioxidantes que se hallan en su composición: Una sola pieza de 200 g aporta la cantidad diaria recomendada de vitamina C (unos 60 mg) y el 60% de la vitamina A, en forma de betacaroteno. Además de nutrientes, el mango aporta otras sustancias con efectos beneficiosos sobre la salud. Los ácidos tartárico y málico ayudan a contrarrestar el efecto de los residuos metabólicos de naturaleza ácida.
Before sharing my recipe, I want you to know the vitamins that mangoes have, this fruit is rich in vitamin C, besides having also an important source of vitamin A and a little less of B. Mango also contains a set of nutrients and antioxidant substances that are in its composition: A single piece of 200 g provides the recommended daily amount of vitamin C (about 60 mg) and 60% of vitamin A, in the form of beta-carotene. In addition to nutrients, mangoes provide other substances with beneficial effects on health. Tartaric and malic acids help to counteract the effect of metabolic waste of an acidic nature.
La combinación de magnesio y potasio hace que el mango esté indicado para mantener en buena forma el sistema músculo-esquelético (previene desde la osteoporosis a los calambres musculares).

Ingredientes:
1/2 taza de aceite
1 taza de azúcar
1 taza de harina de trigo
2 huevos
1 taza de jugo de mango.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup wheat flour
2 eggs
1 cup mango juice.
Para el sirope de mango:
1/2 taza de azúcar y un mango picado en rodajas.
For the mango syrup:
1/2 cup sugar and 1 mango, chopped into slices.
Preparación: En primer lugar mezclamos el azúcar con el aceite, en una taza aparte separamos las claras de los huevos, batimos las claras a punto de nieve, agregamos a la mezcla del azúcar y aceite, mezclamos bien, para luego incorporar lo amarillo del huevo, seguidamente incorporamos la harina de trigo con el jugo de mango, esto debemos hacerlo de manera alterna. Previamente debemos tener el horno encendido a una temperatura de unos 170 grados celsius. A parte debemos llevar la media taza de azúcar con los mangos a fuego lento, para hacer el sirope.
Cuando el sirope del mango agarre el punto apropiado, para luego incorporar en la tortera, la tortera debe quedar bien impregnada con el dulce, colocamos las tajadas de mango y luego colocamos la mezcla de la torta, llevamos al horno, por aproximadamente unos 45 minutos o hasta que el cuchillo salga completamente limpio, después de haber introducido en la torta.
