Wow that is such a cool experience. I would be glad that they cooked the beef for me as well. It would be way too risky to overcook it if you had to do it yourself. I've never tried Waygu beef myself. Funny enough, there is a Japanese run Waygu farm very close to my home, maybe 30 minutes away. It's called Waygu World. That doesn't make it any easier to try the beef though lol.
