That looks delicious and the restaurant looks nice as well. I like the colors. I find that eggs Benedict always comes in a small portion size. Its one of those dishes that seems to go for quality over quantity. I don't get it often but it's probably one of my favorite breakfast foods. That version looks really good.
It's good that the restaurant survived and made it through the covid craziness.

I have always wanted to try and learn how to make the perfect Eggs Benedict. Same here, whenever it's available on the menu, would go for this unless shakshouka is present. You got that right- "quality over quantity. Have a lovely weekend!
