Those beef cuts look amazing! I googled the restaurant name and was pretty bummed to see it was in Taichung. This means I can't put it on my list when I fly to Taipei in a few months. :(

I'm sure Taipei will have something similar as well, or you can always pop to Taichung for a day trip or two if you're in Taiwan for longer
I'll definitely think about travelling out of Taipei, but it'll probably make more sense to plan another trip entirely to another part of Taiwan instead. :)
