Cocina de aprovechamiento, hacer mucho con lo poco que tengamos al momento! @lachg89 lo que no me había planteado era llevar las milanesas al horno así, no es mala idea considerando la cantidad absurda de aceite que te quitas de meter en el cuerpo, me gustó esta opción para hacer algo rápido con lo que está a mano. 👍
