How are you all? Hope everybody is well
Today I will share with you a new recipe I cooked
The name of the recipe is oily fish curry with punya spinach
We know that Puni Spniach is a very tasty vegetable that can be cooked in any way
There are also lots of natural nutrients that are very, very beneficial for our body
So let's not exaggerate, I show you step by step how I have cooked this delicious curry of Puni shniach and Tilapia fish.
ingredient:
Punishak 500 g,
Two medium-sized tilapia fish,
green peppers 5-6,
Two onions,
One teaspoon red chilli powder,
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder,
Coriander, cumin powder half a spoon,
Three tablespoons of oil,
Like salt to taste,
Preparation:
I will take a good look at the puni spinach and clean it and wash it in medium size pieces Then I will remove the tilapia fish scales and wash them clean
Once the fish is washed, then cut the tilapia fish into pieces on a plate, sprinkle a little turmeric powder and salt and spread it by hand. But you know what? Punishak is a very tasty vegetable. This vegetable looks great to eat no matter how it is cooked.
Once the tilapia is covered with turmeric powder and salt, put two tablespoons of oil in a pan in the oven and choose with the tilapia pieces.
When the tilapia pieces are fried, I will take them out of the pan with the help of a spoon.
Then put a pan in the oven and add a tablespoon of soybean oil. When the oil is hot, lightly fry with chopped onion and green chillies.
When lightly fried, I will add one by one all the spices and salt and onion.
With the help of a spoon, I will fry the spices for a while and then add the washed masala with the spices.
I will spread the spices in the pan with the help of a spoon
Then I will cook tilapia fish and spinach fried with adequate amount of water on medium heat in the oven.
Then when the punispinach is cooked, when the broth of the spinach is dry, turn off the oven.
So friends, how do you like my cooked tilapia fish and punispinach curry? I hope so
