A very easy and tasty way to roast goat vuri in a pressure cooker

We usually cook the vegetables that take longer to cook in a pressure cooker. Cooking in a pressure cooker is less time consuming and does not take time to cook

Goat meat is as delicious as goat's vuri is very tasty and it is very easy to cook without it.Goat vuri can be cooked in a pressure cooker in just 20 minutes

Today I will share with you step by step pictures and writings on how to easily cook and roast goat vrut in a pressure cooker.

So let's not exaggerate, I show you how I cooked and roasted goat vuri in a pressure cooker.

ingredient:

One kg of goat's vuri,

Two large onion pieces,

Two tablespoons of ginger paste,

One tablespoon of garlic paste,

One and a half tablespoon of red chilli powder,

One tablespoon of turmeric powder,

Cumin powder, one spoon of coriander powder,

Half a spoon of cardamom cloves black pepper powder,

Two cinnamon pieces,

One tablespoon of soybean oil,

Like the amount of salt,

Preparation:
I removed the black part of the goat's vuri with a knife If you want, you can remove the black part of the belly with hot water
cut the goat's vuri into medium-sized pieces and wash them in hot water

Once the hot eggs are washed, I will pour all the goats' vuri into the pressure cooker

First, I will add onion, ginger, garlic paste and cinnamon pieces along with the goat vuri in the cooker.

Then pour all the spices and one tablespoon of oil one by one with the goat’s vuri

Put all the spices and goat's vuri in a pressure cooker with a spoon and mix all the spices with the goat's vuri.

Once spread, cover the pressure cooker with a cup of water and put it in the oven

Then I will cook the goat vuri in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes when the goat’s vuri is cooked, take the pressure cooker off the stove

After 15 minutes, after removing the goat vuri from the pressure cooker, I will put a pan in the oven to dry and roast the broth.

I will cook the bhuri in the pan for 5 minutes on medium heat and when it is fried, I will turn off the oven.
