Ingredients:
for the chips:
300 g of bread for toast or sandwiches
30 g of extra virgin olive oil
30 g of water
a pinch of salt
spices to taste (I used rosemary, oregano and paprika)
for the sauce:
100 g of Greek yogurt
a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
a pinch of salt
coriander
garlic powder
thyme
cooking time: 10 minutes at 180 degrees in an air fryer, or 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees

Hi my friends! Today we will find out how to make delicious fake chips for an aperitif with friends!

Take 300 grams of bread for toast or sandwiches
Cut it into strips in this way
Pour 30 grams of extra virgin olive oil into a bowl
Add 30 grams of water
Then add a pinch of salt and spices to taste (I used rosemary, oregano and paprika)
Mix with a spoon
Now pour the mixture on the bread
Mix with your hands until all the bread is wet
Cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees in an air fryer or for 15 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven
In the meantime, let's prepare the sauce
In a bowl, pour 100 grams of Greek yogurt and a pinch of salt
Add a pinch of garlic powder, coriander and thyme
Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Mix with a spoon
