200 g of feta
150 g cherry tomatoes
half a red onion
100 g black olives
mint
extra virgin olive oil
a pinch of salt

Good evening friends and welcome to a new recipe!
Today we prepare a couscous with typical ingredients of the Greek tradition, let's start cooking !!!
Heat 300 ml of water in a saucepan
Then pour a pinch of salt in 250 g of dry couscous
Pour in hot water and set aside
Meanwhile, cut half a red onion into very thin slices
Pour the onion into the couscous
Add some black olives to the couscous
Also add the chopped cherry tomatoes
Finally add 200 g of crumbled feta in this way
Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil...
...And with some dried mint
Then mix well with a spoon
