Today I am going to show you how to make a delicious fresh cheese with only 3 ingredients, this cheese is one of my favorites, its flavor is soft and pleasant to the palate, and the best thing is that it is very healthy.
What I like most about this cheese is that you can prepare it yourself, it is super tasty and easy to prepare.

As you may know, many industrially processed cheeses are usually high in sodium and saturated fats. This negatively affects health and raises cholesterol in the body.

For this reason it is advisable to consume low processed cheeses that provide us with the necessary nutrients but without harming us.
This cheese recipe is made in the most natural way possible so that those who consume it provide their system with a healthier and more balanced diet.

El dĆ­a de hoy voy a mostrarte como hacer un delicioso queso fresco con solo 3 ingredientes, este queso es de mis favoritos, su sabor es suave y agradable al paladar, y lo mejor es que es muy saludable.
Lo que mas me gusta de este que queso es que lo puedes preparar tu mismo, es super rico y fƔcil de preparar.

Como sabrƔs muchos quesos procesados de forma industrial suelen tener un alto contenido en sodio y grasas saturadas. Esto afecta negativamente a la salud y elevan el colesterol en el cuerpo.

Por tal razĆ³n es recomendable consumir quesos poco procesados que nos aporten los nutrientes necesarios pero sin daƱarnos.
Esta receta de queso esta hecha de la forma mas natural posible para que el que lo consuma provea a su sistema una alimentaciĆ³n mas sana y equilibrada.

Ingredients:
ā€¢2 liters of whole cow's milk
ā€¢80 ml of white vinegar
ā€¢7 gr of salt

To mold the cheese:
1 cloth kitchen towel

Ingredientes:
ā€¢2 litros de leche entera de vaca
ā€¢80 ml de vinagre blanco
ā€¢7 gr de sal

Para moldear el queso:
1 paƱo de cocina de tela

Preparation:

ā€¢We will begin by placing the two liters of milk in a pot.

ā€¢Turn the stove on medium heat and stir.

ā€¢Then add the salt and continue stirring.

ā€¢We wait a few minutes until the milk starts to boil and then we add the vinegar.

PreparaciĆ³n:
ā€¢Comenzaremos colocando los dos litros de leche en una olla.

ā€¢Encendemos la estufa a fuego medio y movemos.

ā€¢DespuĆ©s colocamos la sal y continuamos moviendo.

ā€¢Esperamos unos minutos hasta que la leche empieza a hervir y vertemos el vinagre.

ā€¢Then we will see how the milk starts to cut.

ā€¢The vinegar allows to separate our cheese from the whey of the milk.

ā€¢After about 10 minutes stirring we will observe how the milk curdles in the form of cheese.

ā€¢When we see that our cheese has completely separated from the liquid part, we turn off the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

ā€¢A continuaciĆ³n veremos como la leche empieza a cortar.

ā€¢ El vinagre permite separar nuestro queso del suero de la leche.

ā€¢Pasado unos 10 minutos moviendo vamos a observar como la leche se va cuajando en forma de queso.

ā€¢Cuando veamos que se han separado por completo nuestro queso de la parte liquida apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar por algunos 10 minutos.

ā€¢Drain all the cheese in a colander.

ā€¢Then place the kitchen towel on top of a deep plate with our cheese.

ā€¢Pasamos a escurrir todo el queso en un colador.

ā€¢DespuĆ©s colocaremos el paƱo de cocina encima de un plato hondo y luego nuestro queso.

ā€¢Once we have placed the cheese on the kitchen towel.

ā€¢We are going to join and squeeze the cloth to drain the rest of the water.

ā€¢To mold the cheese we turn the cloth giving round shape to the cheese and we put a rubber band to tighten it well so that it takes shape.

ā€¢We remove the water from the plate and we can keep it in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

ā€¢Una vez hayamos colocado el queso en el paƱo de cocina.

ā€¢Vamos a unir y apretar la tela hasta escurrir el resto de agua.

ā€¢Para moldear el queso giramos el paƱo dando forma redonda al queso y le colocamos una goma para apretarlo bien y asĆ­ tome forma.

ā€¢Sacamos el agua del plato y podemos guardarlo asĆ­ mismo en la nevera durante 5 horas.
