Simple homemade hamburgers!

Hello Foodies bee Hive community. Kenzoz here and today I bring you a post about some delicious classic burgers but exquisite... This is my first time posting in this community so I decided to start with some delicious burgers.... I know that many people like it with many things, maybe few, but the idea of this burger is that it is simple and to savor each of the ingredients and sauces because that's how I like them (Classic).

All this, I bought in a supermarket, where I brought all these ingredients to make the hamburgers. Combo called ''Torito''.

Let's start with the ingredients for this classic hamburger recipe. It must be said that there were more than 7 people, so we bought:

  • 20 Buns.
  • 20 meats 120GR (Beef).
  • 20 slices of cheese.
  • Potatoes.
  • 4 tomatoes.
  • 2 Onions.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • ketchup.
  • Bacon sauce.

You can add more things, I don't know how they would be done in other countries, but here in Venezuela you can add eggs, an infinity of sauces, many more cheeses, bacon, sausage, lettuce. (ETC) In my case I don't do it because I want to keep it simple, because I don't want to have a thousand ingredients and only taste the meat and a sauce... I hope I make myself clear. The point is that this is the way my friends and I decided it. We only decided to choose 3 sauces which would be Ketchup Mayonnaise and Bacon, but I would have liked to add Mustard.... We didn't have any at the time so BIG F

We start first by putting our potatoes in our air fryer.... We didn't put the whole bag in, we did 2 rounds so that they all taste good and what we are all looking for is crispy.

We put oil spray on the surface and also on top of the potatoes to prevent them from sticking and also to make them crisp... I put it at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Do this for two rounds until the potato bag is empty... This way you get nice crispy potatoes... Put them in a bowl and add salt to taste.

All this with ease... Thank you for existing air fryer.

After the breads are warm... The potatoes are ready and the onion and tomato slices are ready... We can start cooking the meats... In our case we wanted the meats medium rare, but I feel that instead of medium rare they were cooked, but they were still good and not dry, which is the important thing in a meat in my opinion.

After everything is ready, you know it... Order the hamburger... Each one as you like, there is no science to it. But the way I made them was...

  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Beef
  • Slices of cheese
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Bacon sauce
    And ready, arrange each one of them in order to take them to the oven. You can see that they are ready but the bread still needs to be hot enough and the cheese needs to be melted and that is what we get with the oven.

After waiting no more than 10 minutes, we have our burgers ready and tasty to enjoy with family or in my case with my friends. It is super simple and it took me less than 1 hour and a half to make them, obviously with the help of my friends cooperating in some things. I really invite you to live this experience of cooking for your friends instead of ordering the food already made, it creates a lot of fun and it is something new for some of you to cook and I think it is super easy to make this recipe... Hola comunidad de Foodies bee Hive. Aquí Kenzoz y el día de hoy les traigo un post sobre unas ricas hamburguesas clásicas pero exquisitas... Es mi primera vez publicando en esta comunidad así que decidí comenzar con unas ricas hamburguesas... Se que que mucha gente le gusta con muchas cosas, tal vez pocas, pero la idea de esta hamburguesa es que sea simple y poder saborear cada uno de los ingredientes y salsas ya que así me gustan a mi (Clásicas) .

Todo esto, lo compré en un supermercado, en donde traía todos estos ingredientes para hacer las hamburguesas. Combo llamado ''Torito''.

Comenzamos con los ingredientes de esta receta de hamburguesas clásicas. Hay que decir que habian mas de 7 personas, así que compramos:

  • 20 Panes
  • 20 carnes 120GR (Carne de res)
  • 20 lonjas de queso
  • Papas
  • 4 Tomates
  • 2 Cebollas
  • Mayonesa
  • ketchup
  • Salsa de tocineta

Ustedes pueden agregarle mas cosas, no sé como se harían en otros pauses Pero acá en Venezuela se les puede agregar huevo, infinidad de salsas, muchos mas quesos, Tocineta, salchicha, lechugas. (ETC) En mi caso no lo hago porqué quiero mantenerla sencilla porqué no quiero tener mil ingredientes y saborear solamente la carne y una salsa... Espero darme a entender. El punto es que así lo decidimos mis amigos y yo. Solamente decidimos escoger 3 salsas que serian Ketchup Mayonesa y Tocineta, pero me hubiese gustado agregar Mostaza... No teníamos en ese momento así que BIG F.

Comenzamos primero poniendo nuestras papas en nuestra freidora de aire... No pusimos toda la bolsa, hicimos 2 rondas para que todas tengan un sabor bueno y lo que buscamos todos es que sean crujientes.

Ponemos aceite de spray en la superficie y también arriba de las papas para que no se peguen y además para que queden crujientes... Yo lo puse a 200 grados por mas o menos 15-20 minutos.

Esto por dos rondas hasta que la bolsa de papas quede vacía Así se consiguen unas ricas papas crujientes... Se ponen en un bowl y se le coloca sal al gusto.

Todo esto con facilidad... Gracias por existir freidora de aire.

Luego de que los panes estén calientes... Ya estén listas las papas y las rodajas de cebolla y tomates estén listas... Podemos comenzar a cocinar las carnes... En nuestro caso quisimos las carnes en punto medio, pero yo siento que en vez de punto medio quedaron cocinadas, pero aun así estaban buenas y no estaban secas que es lo importante de una carne a mi parecer.

Luego de que todo esté listo, ya se la saben... Ordenar la hamburguesa... Cada quien como guste, no tiene ciencia. Pero como yo las hice fue...

  • Mayonesa
  • Ketchup
  • Carne
  • Lonja de queso
  • Tomate
  • Cebolla
  • Salsa de tocineta
    Y listo, irlas ordenando cada una de ellas para llevarlas al horno. Se ve que están listas pero aun falta que el pan este suficientemente caliente y que el queso quede derretido y eso lo conseguimos con el horno.

Luego de esperar no mas de 10 minutos, ya tenemos nuestras hamburguesas listas y ricas para disfrutar con familia o en mi caso con mis amigos. Es super sencillo y me tomó menos de 1 hora y media hacerlas, obvio con ayuda de mis amigos cooperando en algunas cosas. De verdad los invito a vivir esta experiencia de cocinar para sus amigos en ves de pedir la comida ya hecha, crea demasiada diversión y es algo nuevo para algunos cocinar y opino que es algo super fácil hacer esta receta... I could eat all of these hamburgers alone. I very rarely eat homemade hamburgers, but they are very tasty and very delicious.
