La mora presenta propiedades beneficiosas por su aportación calórica baja y su contenido en vitamina c superior a otras frutas. Me gusta la mora porque puedo prepararla en diversas recetas como en zumos, jugos, batidos con leche, postres, mermeladas es un fruto muy agradable de ingerir y utilizar. Se considera una fruta antioxidante que ayuda a la protección y sintetiza colágeno es decir ayuda al desarrollo de tendones, huesos y vasos sanguíneos., es antinflamatoria natural, ayuda a mantener la salud en la piel, fortalece los dientes y mejora un poco la tos. Me encanta tomar la mora por sus beneficios que aporta y además es un excelente jugo para el calor.

• 1 kg de mora
• 1 litro de agua
• Azúcar 6 cucharadas
• Licuadora.
• Colador si desea colar el jugo.

Preparación/ Preparation
1.- debemos colocar en la licuadora el 1kg de mora y añadimos 1.00 de agua que marca en la licuadora.

2.- licuamos a potencia máxima durante 5 minutos o hasta que la mora y el agua estén completamente homogénea

3.- Mientras licuamos vamos añadiendo las 5 cucharada de azúcar, colar si es de su gusto, y listo así queda nuestro jugo de mora.
