Hello dearest friends of the community happy friday to all I want to share with you this delicious brownie dessert filled with fake chocolate and peanuts to share or give as a gift.
Ingredientes/ingredients
- 1 taza de mantequilla
- 1/3 de taza de cacao en polvo
- 1 cuchara de café
- 1 taza de azúcar
- 4 huevos
- 1 cucharita de vainilla
- 1 taza de harina
- 1/2 cucharita de polvo de hornear
- 100 gr de maní
CHOCOLATE FALSO
- 1 taza de leche
- 1/3 de taza de cacao en polvo
- 1 cuchara de maicena
- 3 cucharas de azúcar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon coffee
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 gr peanuts
FAKE CHOCOLATE
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 spoons of sugar
Proceso/ process
1. - primero derretimos la mantequilla en una olla cuando se derrita agregamos el cacao revolvemos luego agregamos el café batimos bien en un bowl agregamos el azúcar y luego la mezcla del cacao y batimos bien luego agregamos los huevos batimos luego la vainilla revolvemos todo y agregamos la harina y el polvo de hornear y revolvemos bien hasta que todo se integre luego agregamos el maní en trozos y mantequillamos y enharinamos el molde
1. - first melt the butter in a saucepan when it melts add the cocoa stir then add the coffee beat well in a bowl add the sugar and then the cocoa mixture and beat well then add the eggs beat then the vanilla stir everything and add the flour and baking powder and stir well until everything is integrated then add the peanuts in pieces and butter and flour the mold.

2. - Luego agregamos la mezcla al molde y emparejamos bien llevamos al horno por 30 minutos y vamos a ir haciendo el chocolate falso agregamos la leche en una olla a calentar luego agregamos el cacao y batimos luego el azúcar y la maicena y batimos bien a fuego bajo hasta que espese y retiramos del fuego desmoldamos el brownie lo dividimos a la mitad y agregamos chocolate falto luego colocamos la tapa y finalizamos con chocolate falso y arriba maní triturado
2. - Then add the mixture to the mold and even it out well, put it in the oven for 30 minutes and we are going to make the fake chocolate, add the milk in a pot to heat, then add the cocoa and beat, then the sugar and cornstarch and beat well over low heat until it thickens and remove from the heat, unmold the brownie, divide it in half and add the missing chocolate, then place the lid and finish with the fake chocolate and crushed peanuts on top.
