Hello dear friends of the community, happy Wednesday I want to share with you these delicious Colombian potatoes with mozzarella cheese in the air fryer.
Ingredientes/ingredients
- ½ kilo de papas colombianas
- sal al gusto
- orégano entero
- aceite
- queso mozarrella
- papel aluminio
- ½ kilo of Colombian potatoes
- salt to taste
- whole oregano
- olive oil
- mozarrella cheese
- aluminum foil
Proceso/ process
1. - primero vamos a lavar las papas y luego la vamos a cortar por la mita luego agregamos mitad de papel aluminio y colocamos en la bandeja del air fryer y colocamos las papas en una taza y colocamos sal al gusto, orégano entero y un chorrito de aceite y movemos
1. - first we will wash the potatoes and then we will cut them in half then we add half of aluminum foil and place in the tray of the air fryer and place the potatoes in a bowl and add salt to taste, whole oregano and a drizzle of oil and stir.
2. - Luego colocamos la papas en la bandeja y llevamos a 200 grados centígrados por 20 minutos o hasta que se dore, vamos a ir sacando y moviendo hasta que este dorado por los dos lados y agregamos tiras de queso y llevamos de nuevo por 2 minutos y servimos
2. - Then we place the potatoes in the tray and bring to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden brown, we will be removing and moving until it is golden brown on both sides and add cheese strips and bring again for 2 minutes and serve.
