Hello my dearest friends of the community, I am pleased to share with you this super easy and delicious mandocas recipe made of plantain and most importantly for people who can not eat fried or do not like are especially baked
Ingredientes/ Ingredients
- Harina pan
- Queso pasteurizado
- 2 plátanos maduros
- Bread flour
- Pasteurized cheese
- 2 ripe bananas
Preparación/ Preparation
1.- Pelar los plátanos y echarlos en una taza Honda, con un tenedor vamos a machacarlos plátanos hasta que quede como una masa, luego en el mismo recipiente rayamos por el lado fino luego de esto hecho la harina pan hasta que quede compacta con el plátano.En un molde colocamos un poquito de aceite y lo disolvemos con una servilleta.
1.- Peel the bananas and put them in a bowl, with a fork we are going to mash the bananas until it is like a dough, then in the same container we grate on the thin side, after this we make the flour bread until it is compact with the banana, in a mold we put a little bit of oil and we dissolve it with a napkin.
2.-Para hacerle la forma a la mandoca tomamos una porción del grueso de muestra mano y vamos ir haciendo formas de palitos para luego unir los dos extremo del palito y darle la respectiva forma.En este caso realizamos todo al horno pero puede hacerse fritos.Hasta que se encuentren doraditos.
2.-To make the shape of the mandoca we take a portion of the thickness of a sample hand and we are going to make stick shapes and then join the two ends of the stick and give it the respective shape.

Hola @kathesm, las mandocas son deliciosas. Buena alternativa la de hacerlas horneadas. Sería ideal que señalases en el post la cantidad de harina y agua a utilizar, para quien lea la receta y la quiera preparar, así sea de otro país, tenga los datos más exactos. Saludos.
