Hola queridísimos amigos de la comunidad feliz viernes para todos quiero compartir con ustedes esta deliciosa cena unas ricas arepitas con mezcla de cachapas rellena con mantequilla y queso me hace recordar a Valera estado Trujillo y sus deliciosas cachapas

Hello dear friends of the community, happy friday to all of you, I want to share with you this delicious dinner, some delicious arepitas with a mixture of cachapas filled with butter and cheese, it reminds me of Valera, Trujillo state and its delicious cachapas.

Ingredientes/ingredients

  • 1 taza de harina de maíz
  • 1 taza de harina de cachapas
  • queso rayado
  • 1 cuchara de mantequilla
  • sal
  • aceite
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 cup cachapas flour
  • grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • oil

Proceso/ process

1. - primero vamos a colocar la taza de harina en un bowl luego agregamos la taza de harina de cachapa y luego la sal, después agregamos la mantequilla, y rayamos queso de su preferencia y agregamos dos puños de queso y luego vamos a ir agregando agua poco a poco y amasamos hasta obtener una masa manejable, colocamos un budare a calentar y le agregamos un chorrito de aceite y limpiamos con una servilleta agarramos pasa la hacemos bola y hacemos la arepita
1. - first we will place the cup of flour in a bowl then add the cup of flour cachapa and then salt, then add the butter, and scratch cheese of your choice and add two fists of cheese and then we will be adding water little by little and knead until a manageable dough, we put a budare to heat and add a splash of oil and wipe with a napkin we grab the ball and we do the arepita

2. - Luego lo colocamos en el budare y dejamos que se cocine de un lado para voltearla y cuando este de los dos lados cocida vamos a llevar al horno hasta que se dore y Tosten luego sacamos la arepa y la abrimos le colocamos un poco de mantequilla y queso y listo servimos
2. - Then we place it in the budare and let it cook on one side to turn it over and when it is cooked on both sides we will take it to the oven until it is golden brown and toasted then we take the arepa out and open it we put some butter and cheese and ready to serve.
