Today I am sharing the protein rich shev ki sabji . It is very interesting and testy. I like it very much.
Ingredients
- Two π₯ potato
- 250 gram shev ki fali
- Two π tomatoes
- One table spoon red chilli
- One table spoon coriander
- One table spoon turmeric powder
- Salt as per requirement
- Rice bran oil 20 ml
STEP1
Chop the potato and beans fali as shown in the figure below π
STEP 2
Lit π₯ the gas and put 20 ml of rice bran oil . This oil is healthy for body. Heat the oil for a minute.
STEP 3
Put jeera in the oil and warm up till jeera become brown colour
STEP4
After 1 minutes put masala or spices red chilli πΆ, coriander πΏ, turmeric powder one table spoon each.
STEP 5
After the masala warm up for 30 second than put the chopped potato and beans fali in kadai and now cook it for 10 minutes.
STEP6
After cooking of the beans for 10 minutes than put the tomato π
in to the kadai and now again cooked it for 2 minutes.
Now your dish is ready to it and you can it with chapatti or rice.
