
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo Corn Flour
1 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon of salt
2 liters of water
1/2 kilo of fish Raya Guisada (stewed skate)
1 plastic bag
½ liter of oil

PREPARATION
In a bowl place the corn flour, the cup of wheat flour, half cup of sugar, half spoonful of salt, stir everything and add the water to unite all the ingredients and make a homogeneous dough.
We take a quantity of dough, we make a round massaging and we place it in a plastic bag to stretch it and spread the dough, then we add the flavor you want, in this case I prepare them from a stewed fish known as ray, its shape should be like a half moon.

Then in a cauldron add oil with a temperature of 45 degrees. Once the oil is hot, add the empanda to fry it.
