😆 I have always made BIG pots of soup. It always tastes better the next day... or few days... and soup is such an easy item to freeze and reheat. Probably my farang mindset. 🤣 I also often cook soups with beans and lentils and it is SOOOO ANNOYING when a smal pot boils over and makes a mess. And so whenever I make soup I reach for the BIG pot - even if it's only 1/3 full. 😄
I'd be over in a flash with some if your visiting calling light wasn't flashing dark red. 😭 Hope you're doing ok despite the restrictions.
