Good morning, dear community, today I am going to share with you a day of VEGAN experience 🥬🥦 that took place in PORTUGAL where gastronomy was the most attractive, crafts, different recreational spaces and music, brightened up this event that lasted three days, located in the tourist area in front of the Estoril casino and diagonally across from the England hotel in Cascais. Admission was free with access to the public, something important was the schedule of events and activities published.

Buen día, querida comunidad, hoy les voy a compartir un día de experiencia VEGAN 🥬🥦 que se efectuó en PORTUGAL donde la gastronomía era lo más atractivo, la artesanía, diferentes espacios recreativos y música, alegraron este evento que duro tres días, ubicado en la zona turística al frente del casino de Estoril y diagonal al hotel Inglaterra de Cascais. La entrada era gratis con acceso a todo público, algo importante estaba publicado el cronograma de los eventos y actividades.

A very well organized event from the start, we got the children's recreation space, as well as themed activities such as painting and others.

Un evento muy bien organizado de entrada, conseguimos el espacio de recreación de los niños, así como actividades temáticas de pintar y otros.

We are moving into the area of ​​crafts, jewelry, and organic and recycled products as an initiative to change things for the better and reduce waste.

There was an animal protection aid area where everything sold was for a shelter center, it is an initiative that goes hand in hand when we refer to vegan foods, I took the opportunity to buy a present for my daughter and support the cause.

Estaba un área de ayuda de protección de animales donde todo lo vendido era para un centro de refugio, es una iniciativa que va de la mano cuando nos referimos a comidas vegan, aproveche para comprarle un presente a mi hija y apoyar la causa.

As part of keeping people informed about a balanced diet, a room was set up where a nutritionist was giving a talk about vegan meals and the incorporation of exercise and relaxation activities for the body, spaces added to the event.

Como parte de mantener informado de una alimentación balanceada, se habilitó un salón donde estaba una nutricionista dando una charla de las comidas vegan y la incorporación de actividades de ejercicio y relax para el cuerpo, espacios adicionados al evento.

At the center of the event was the stage where the animation and music for the event could not be missing.

We arrived at the epicenter where the festival really was, which was about drinks and food. There was a bar area where you could find different drinks, both alcoholic and refreshing, as well as a drink that some say is energizing, others say is relaxing, and it is a tea called Kambucha, which for now is the complement to vegan meals.

Llegamos al epicentro donde de verdad estaba el festival que era en las bebidas y comidas, había un área de bar donde encontrabas diferentes bebidas entre alcohólicas y refrescantes además una bebida que algunos dicen que es energizante otros comentan que es relajante y es un té llamado Kambucha que por ahora es el complemento para las comidas vegan.

A true festival in terms of the variety of vegan dishes, you could find here everything from Mexican tacos and burritos, vegan pizzas, various burgers, etc. And I tried the fried tofu with quinoa plus a pizza and for dessert a gluten-free carrot cake. I can add that despite not being vegan it was a spectacular experience.

Un verdadero festival en cuanto a variedad de platos vegan, encontrabas aquí, desde los tacos y burritos mexicanos, veganos, pizzas veganas, hamburguesas variadas, etc. Y yo probé los fritos de tofu con quinoas más una pizza y de postre una torta de zanahoria sin gluten, puedo adicional que a pesar de no ser vegano fue una experiencia espectacular.
