Hoy les traigo una fácil receta para elaborar una torta de piña.

Ingredientes
Medio kilo de Harina de trigo leudante
Un kilo de azúcar
25Ogm de mantequilla
4 Huevo
1 piña mediana.

1 medium pineapple.

Lo primero que debemos de hacer es pelar la piña la dividimos en dos partes una parte para hacer el jugo y otra parte para ponerlas en la bandeja.

Luego comenzamos a batir la mezcla lo primero que hacemos es vertir la mantequilla y la azúcar la batimos unos 15 minutos hasta que se haga una pasta cremosa.

Después le agregamos los 4 huevos completos y batimos, también le agregamos una taza de jugo de piña y seguimos batiendo.

Por último le agregamos la harina y terminamos de batir.

Montamos en la cocina dos tazas de azúcar con una taza de agua hasta que la azúcar se caramelice.

En la bandeja ponemos la azúcar que derretimos y luego le ponemos las piñas y vertemos la mezcla de torta en la bandeja y metemos al horno por 1 hora, debemos ponerle un envase con agua debajo de la torta en el horno.
