Empecé por lo más básico que no puede faltar en ninguna de mis comidas, la cebolla, el tomate y los ajos, siempre ajos machacados porque liberan mejor el sabor, nunca lo olviden. Esto lo vamos llevar una sartén con un poco de aceite y vamos a sofreír, primero la cebolla, luego el ajo y por último los tomates, y lo vamos a dejar hasta que los tomates estén bastante aguaditos que se haga una salsa, serán varios minutos a fuego medio bajo para que esto suceda, para tener esta consistencia recomiendo tapar nuestra sartén.

Continuando con mi salsa de tomate, aprovecho la cocción del spaghetti para añadir un poco de esa agua y dejo cocinar unos pocos minutos más, y en este punto procedemos a añadir langostinos, añadimos perejil, añadimos también la espinaca, dejamos cocinar muy breve, y empezamos a añadir sal y vamos probando de sabor, y para añadir un toqué más delicioso le pondremos crema de leche a esta receta y lo dejamos cocinar brevemente, y revisamos que esté bien de sabor o si necesita corregir la sal.
