Hello my hivers, happy Tuesday, today I come to tell you about one of my fit meals that I like the most and that I make lately.

I used to love wheat but for a while now, it doesn't sit well with me, I think that the excess of its consumption has made me feel bad and for a while now this recipe has replaced spaghetti in my life and I tell you that I love it, and it sits very well with me, zucchini or zucchini is a food that provides fiber, helps to capture water, favoring digestion, softens the digestive mucosa and favors intestinal transit, on the other hand spaghetti or pasta are made of wheat and unfortunately wheat increases blood sugar in addition to some additives that have been added for its durability, it has been shown that they are not good for our health.

The first time I consumed this form of spaghetti or noodles, it was because of my mother, she had seen the recipe on the internet and made it for me, I think she has been my greatest admiration in her care of her diet.

Ingredients for one person
For the pasta.
1 zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste

For the meat
200g ground beef
1 onion
1 tomato
2 sweet peppers
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Chop the zucchini lengthwise, then boil water with a touch of salt. When it comes to a boil, add the chopped zucchini to the pot.

Let it cook for 5 minutes and that's it. After I made this recipe, I looked for other ways to cook zucchini since it releases a lot of liquid. And I found out that if you put it in a container without a lid for 5 minutes in the microwave, it cooks without releasing liquid. It's a matter of trying.

I put it in a strainer and started making the ground beef.
I chopped the onion, tomato, garlic and sweet pepper in the food processor because it is really easier until those seasonings become like a paste.

In a pan under the heat I sautéed the meat, when I saw it partially cooked I added the seasoning along with salt and pepper to taste until it was fully cooked, then set aside and serve.
