Hola Amigos de Hive!
Hoy preparé para mi familia este delicioso almuerzo con una buena proteína, como lo es la carne roja que nuestro cuerpo necesita para su buen funcionamiento.
Estas tiritas de carne aliñadas las acompañé con arroz blanco pero son ideales para comer con pan, pasta o arepas, como prefieras.
Today I prepared for my family this delicious lunch with a good protein, such as red meat, which our body needs for its proper functioning.
I accompanied these seasoned beef strips with white rice but they are ideal to eat with bread, pasta or arepas, as you prefer.
INGREDIENTES/INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kg de carne de res.
- Cebolla grande.
- Ajíes.
- 1/2 Pimentón.
- Sal y Orégano.
- Un poquito de aceite vegetal.
- 1/2 kg of beef.
- Large onion.
- Chili peppers.
- 1/2 Paprika.
- Salt and oregano.
- A little bit of vegetable oil.
PASOS/Steps:
- Lo primero será picar en tiras la carne y colocarla en un sartén con un poquito de sal, orégano, y aceite para ir sofriendo.
- The first thing is to chop the meat into strips and place it in a pan with a little salt, oregano and oil to fry it.
- Por otro lavar muy bien los aliños, quitar semillas y conchas, para luego picar en julianas.
- On the other hand, wash the seasonings very well, remove seeds and shells, and then chop into julienne strips.
- Agregar al sartén y mover ocasionalmente, comprobar el punto de sal y apagar cuando los aliños se duerman un poco desprendiendo su sabor.
- Add to the frying pan and stir occasionally, check the salt level and turn off when the seasonings fall asleep and release their flavor.
Para acompañar, poner a cocinar el arroz blanco y emplatar una vez estén listos.
To accompany, cook the white rice and plate it once it is ready.
