You are doing well brother, in fact I am glad to read your publication, it inspires me to continue with the diet I intend to follow this year. The hardest part has been eliminating sugar, but as you say, it makes us feel better as the days go by. I am a bread lover, I don't think I will give it up completely, but I do need more salad in my fridge as you have done. This looks like a good tradition for January my friend, glad you are focused on healthier living!...

Thanks dude. To be honest, I'm not giving things up completely either, I'm still having bread occasionally and yesterday for example I allowed myself sugar. I brought the kids to the cinema, so enjoyed some sugary treats with them.
The way I figure it though, If I can do more days in the week without bread, sugar etc, the better my health will be.
