The price difference is pretty acceptable at Juman's.
In Suriname you pay about twice or three times the price of a chicken roti if you want duck or sheep.

Yes. Sheep and duck are rather expensive compared to chicken. So it does make sense in some way. But the price difference is a bit extreme.

They are not as extensive and informative as yours though. Trying to find a way to make them short and effective, but with a storyline as well.
