I've read before when you talked about avocados on toast and I think I need to try it. I wasn't raised eating avocados and didn't learn to love them till I was in my 40s.

Your poached egg breakfast looks good, although I have never been a breakfast person either and if left alone, would not get hungry till an hour before noon mostly. In the past, offering me breakfast with onions and other savory things in it would make me politely decline...LOL... but I'm always curious now and would certainly try it.
