Catfish egusi soup/stew with almost the same ingredients

Hi everyone, how are you all doing this beautiful morning? I woke up one fateful morning and decided to prepare an African egusi soup with stew separately using catfish and kpumu for the egusi soup and using beef (Cow meat) for the stew...

This is my very first post in this community and I send my regards and gratitude to the community members and the community creators who have been controlling and taking good care of this community all this while and I hope that I am welcome here?

How I prepared my egusi soup and stew still remains a mystery so a lot has African foods practically involves spicy, Africans doesn't see it that way because that is how we were brought up but for those that haven't text our food somehow we feel that it is too spicy the same goes to the other side as we've touched their food and we feel like there is no enough space in side.

I'm looking at the pictures above you will see that there is a catfish, pepper, Maggi, salt, you will see that there are vegetables ugu leaves precisely, you will see that there are crayfish's, red oil and fresh blended peppers, you will see that there is onions and dry rounded African fish. to briefly run this all most of the things you see there were exactly the same things I use for the stew except for the fish like I described above that wasn't going to use for the stew and the vegetable of course.

If you read the above line and look closely to the above pictures very well you will see that I didn't add much thing as I have explained right above that the same ingredients i used for the soup was mostly the same ingredients i used for the stew except for few things that weren't added... so that is why you see that I repeated few images just so you know the exact ingredients that were added that have the same with the soup so you know how to arrange them should in case you feel like preparing these!

I realised I didn't take complete pictures of all the ingredients and I so much regret that right now knowing fully well that I have to publish this now
