Health and happiness are the two most important things and are in sync with each other. Every happy feeling that we experience and feel, will make us mentally healthier.
There is a saying that says "Happiness will make us more youthful". How do people stay happy? The choice is yours, but one way to be happy can be by eating sweet and delicious food, then giving a surprise or getting a surprise from the person you care about.
La Maison Sun Plaza
Some time ago, I had an appointment with some of my friends at one of the biggest malls in my city, namely Sun Plaza Medan. We haven't seen each other in a long time and plan to exchange stories and chat. We met for about two hours, and I decided to break up and go home. I went down the escalator and saw that one of the dessert outlets caught my eye. It seems, I want to buy the dessert for my wife, so that she is happier.
La Maison is one of the cake shops in Sun Plaza Medan. This cake shop has simple decorations and an open order concept. La Maison is on the third floor and right near the escalator making it easier for visitors to see it. La Maison is a cake shop that is owned, managed and controlled directly by the family (Home Industry). The founder and owner of La Maison is Stella Lowis, a pastry chef from Medan City. Stella Lowis also graduated from the culinary school of Le Cordon Bleu, Australia so that it guarantees deliciousness for all of her cakes and desserts.

Desserts and cakes are types of food and culinary that combine delicious flavors and beautiful shapes. We can see all these cakes and desserts on display neatly and beautifully with various shapes and decorations. There is one cake in the shape of a citrus fruit that is very similar and authentic, it seems very delicious and sweet, the cake is called Mandarin Cake.

Macaron
In addition to various types of cake, La Maison is also famous for selling macarons. Macarons are small cakes that are round in shape, and have a filling in the middle. Macarons at La Maison measure about 4 cm, and only last 4 hours at room temperature or must be stored in the chiller.
Salted Popcorn Macaron
I spent 15 minutes, to look, think and decide what cake or dessert to buy. My choice at that time was the macarons arranged like a birthday cake and the macarons were salted popcorn. For this order of mine, I have to pay IDR 45k (or 3.1 USD) and I'm sure my wife will like this cake.
Even though I only ordered a small cake, La Maison was still professional and packaged this cake well. This Salted Popcorn Macaron is packaged in a pink box that looks luxurious, and inside it is given an ice cooler to keep the temperature of the cake stable and safe. The shopkeeper reminded me not to put this cake in a place that is too hot, because this cake melts very easily.
