De los postres venezolanos, uno de mis favoritos es el quesillo, es rápido, súper, cremoso, dulce con el punto exacto de caramelo en fin una delicia en todo su esplendor, tradicionalmente se realiza al horno y con leche condesada, pero hoy se las quiero compartir de una manera más rápida, con olla exprés y con leche en polvo, que te permite obtener de manera increíble el mismo sabor y cremosidad que lo caracteriza.
