Desde hace unos años desde el 2018 para ser más preciso se convirtió en tendencia el monograma cake que es un pastel en forma de letra o numero tradicionalmente, también se le conoce como pastel Israel por que se corre es originaria de dicha zona, para muchos sería una tendencia pasajera pero para la sorpresa de todos llego para quedarse, esta torta principalmente se realiza de galleta, biscocho liviano o pesado relleno y decorado con crema, frutas entre otros, en mi caso opte por un biscocho pesado tipo ponqué de vainilla relleno de dulce de leche y crema montada con gotas de chocolate y maní, decorado una deliciosa crema montada de diferentes colores, pequeñas figuras de chocolate, pastillas de colores de chocolates, y algunos tope de mariposa, si les doy sincera quede enamorada del resultado y por mucho es uno de mis creaciones favoritas, tanto en decoración como en sabor, quede bastante satisfecha de los resultados.
