Luego de varios días ausentes, por problemas de tiempo, internet entre otras por aquí volvimos más contenta que nunca, porque el pasado 25 de febrero fue mi primer aniversario en Hive, y tengo tanto que agradecer y más que lo monetario los nuevos conocimientos adquirido , y sobre todo el poder compartir mis recetas que tanto me encantan hacer, además que a través de estas comunidades puedes conocer gente maravillosa llena de buena vibra y ganas de salir adelante, sobre todo mi amiga @Fmbs25, quien me ayudó muchísimo en esta plataforma y todavía me sigue ayudando, además de Hive me ha permitido retomar esa parte de la redacción que tanto me gusta y me recuerda mis tiempos de estudiante de comunicación social, así que quería hacer algo especial para esta celebración y me decidí por están bombon cake que está súper en tendencia y la verdad desde hace algún tiempo buscaba una excusa para realizarla y que mejor fecha que está, para preparar este hermoso pastel, que la verdad resultó ser bastante fácil por un lado, para lo que es el ensamblaje del postre y por otro lado un poco más complicado por todas la cosas que realice para rellenar como ponqué de red velvet, mousse de chocolate, gelatina de fresa con piña y ganache de chocolate y leche condensada realmente toda una mezcla de sabores espectaculares.
