Our health is very important to us and that is why there us a great need to pay attention to it.

Junk foods they say is very temping, but there are other foods or snacks which could give us almost the same feeling as eating junck food except for ther fact that this one is heathy.

Ground nuts belong to the legume family bearing edible roots in nut form.
They can be gotten in raw form and eaten in their raw state. It can also be eaten when boiled, fried, baked or any other way.

Fried groundnut
They can be fried on a dry pot under low heat. The geat gradually cooks the raw groundnut giving it a brown and crunchy finish. Frying is not done with the shell in place. The seed must be seperates from its shell

Some people prefer frying their tomato paste using deep fry method.

Boiled grounuts
With this method, you could actually choose to boil with or without the shell.

Because these groundnuts grow undergrownd, they are usually very dirty. It is very important to wash them properly before use.

After i must have properly washed the nuts, i placed it on the cooker with very little water. It does not require much time to be done.

I went ahead to cook it for about 15 minuits and it was good to do. To make them more tasty, some people love adding in salt personally i love using salt but some persons may not need to especially those watching thier salt intake.

Then i went ahead to strain out the water and transferd the boiled nuts into another pan.

Its is best eating when cool. I enjoyed eating this snack with my siblings.

They help to improve skin.

Groundnuts are rich in vitamine C which helps improves the skin.
It also has anti aging properties.

It is a source of energy
It contians vitamins like vitamin E which is essential in the growth of muscles and organs.
