Introducing #Lam-Lam Diary|  My Food Story🍗🌮🍲

Hello, Hivers Welcome to #Lam-lam Diary | My Food story. Yes, you're right about what have you've read. In my previous blogs, I've already shared some of my travel stories here in Hive. To know more about my Travels you can visit my collection in #LakwatsaniIntoy Diary. But, this time I will start sharing my Food adventure on this amazing Web 3 platform Hive. An adventure that makes you excited to taste foods and fill up your stomach through my blogs with different types of cuisine all over the world. This adventure will be part of my #Lam-lam Diary.

• Why Lam-lam Diary?

I know that's the questions running through your head right now. To answer that, Lam-lam is a local Filipino dialect that means Eat. An informal term we often used in our province in terms of eating. Aside from Traveling, Eating is one of the things I love to do. I had a healthy appetite lately and Im, not surprised about changing my body weight, it's only from 60 Kilograms to 72 kilograms, just a little adjustment 🤣. Kidding, all too much is harmful, we need to control everything to avoid this.

Aside from Lam-lam, there are terms we also used for the word Eat like " kaon and laps". Those are some words we used in our province at Samar Philippines. How about you guys, Do you have other terms to describe Eat in your area? Comment down below to share the unique words you used to.

• What to Expect in my #Lam-lam Diary?

The content of this Diary will be about my Food Experiences along the journey of my life ( yes we will be joining this amazing platform for the rest of my life, hoping for this). My blogs will tackle the Food, the food history, the making process of the food, the ingredients, and the taste of food for me. And also the moment we have with my family, friends, and colleagues in eating the foods at our table. I will give food critique like my idol chef Gordon (I miss watching Master Chef like before). Anyway, We have different kinds of tastes in food. I expect different kinds of opinions and all your opinions are welcome. Don't worry about its contrary, just put it in the comment section and I will be grateful about it 😊.

• What kind of Foods do we see in #Lam-Lam Diary?

Since Im a Filipino and currently living in the Philippines expect more about Filipino cuisine and Filipino Delicacies which we are really proud of. Have you tried any Filipino Foods before? You must try it, we have unique and delicious foods that you will love. But of course, we will not limit our food adventure to Filipino Foods only. Though I am in the Philippines there are a lot of restaurants that offer foreign cuisine here in the Philippines. Like Korean Foods, Japanese, Chinese Foods, French Foods, and other Foreign Foods that we can experience here in the Philippines. We are glad that this cuisine is brought in our country, no need to fly outside the country to experience such delightful foods.

I will also share here in Hive my cooking skills 😅. Im, not a Chef or a culinary student, Im just an ordinary person who also had a hobby of cooking. My knowledge only comes from Youtube and Google so don't expect too much ok 🤣. So far my companions in the house finish the foods I cooked. I think they don't have a choice 🤣.
