Hola amigos de hive espero que se encuentren muy bien esta ocasión les traigo una receta que prepare, hace 2 semanas.

Gracias a una amiga que es odontologa hace un año trabajaba en su casa, la ayudaba a cocinar y a ordenar la casa debido a la cuarentena ella tiene mas tiempo de estar en su casa y ahora lo hace ella.

Pero sin embargo los días de flexibilidad cuando le toca trabajar y esta muy ful como en esta ocasión me avisa para que la ayude a cocinar porque no le da tiempo.

Aprendí a cocinar desde muy temprana a edad, mi familia siempre tuvo restaurante por la parte de mis padres y por parte de mi mama.

Recuerdo que el restaurante de mi abuela que daba enfrente de mi casa y ella desde niña nos ponía atrabajar siempre nos decía que la comida había que ganar cela con esfuerzo y mucho trabajo.

Pero que el secreto de la cocina esta en cocinar con amor. Bueno no podía perder la oportunidad de tomar algunas fotos a este plato, pasta con vegetales a continuación les voy a mostrar que materiales use.

Ingredientes:

400 gramos de pasta.
1 Calaba sin.

1 pimentón rojo.
1 Una cebolla tierna.
3 Zanahoria.
2 Dientes de ajo.
5 Hojas de albahaca.
Caldo de pollo
Queso blanco.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.

Preparacion:

  • Colocamos en sarten con un poquito de aceite, para sofreír nuestros ajos, a medida que se van marchitando agregamos nuestra cebolla pica dita.

  • Revolviendo los aliños mientras vamos incorporando nuestras zanahoria en tiras largas, seguimos revolviendo y ahora agregamos nuestro calaba sin.

  • Mientras se va cocinando fuego bajo picamos nuestro pimentón para incorporarlo junto con los tomates colocándole sal y pimienta al gusto.

  • Cocinar a fuego bajo agregamos un quito de caldo de pollo revolviendo y dejando marchitar esos vegetales muy bien, revisamos que nuestra zanahoria este blandita.
    Si ya esta blandita nuestra zanahoria procedemos a ahechar la pasta revolviendo todo muy bien y seguimos colocándole otro poquito de caldo de pollo agregamos nuestra albahaca.

  • Y dejamos cocinar la pasta no olvidemos que no se debe colocar mucho caldo de pollo ya que no se cuela la pasta si no hay que dejarla secar que quede con salsa pero se quita.
    Y a si tenemos nuestra pasta con vegetales, agregamos queso al gusto.

Pasta With Vegetables

Thanks to a friend who is a dentist a year ago, she worked at home, helped her cook and tidy up the house, due to the quarantine, she has more time to be at home and now she does it.

But nevertheless the days of flexibility when she has to work and she is very ful like this time she tells me to help her cook because she does not have time.

I learned to cook from an early age, my family always had a restaurant on my parents' side and on my mother's side.

I remember that my grandmother's restaurant that was in front of my house and she made us work since we were little, she always told us that food had to be earned with effort and a lot of work.

But the secret of the kitchen is to cook with love. Well I could not miss the opportunity to take some photos of this dish, pasta with vegetables, then I will show you what materials I use.

Ingredients:

400 grams of pasta.
1 Pumpkin without.

1 red bell pepper.
1 A spring onion.
3 Carrot.
2 cloves of garlic.
5 basil leaves
Chicken soup
White cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  • We place in a pan with a little oil, to fry our garlic, as they wither we add our minced onion.

  • Stirring the dressings while we are incorporating our carrots in long strips, we continue stirring and now we add our squash without.

  • While it is cooking low heat, we chop our paprika to incorporate it together with the tomatoes, adding salt and pepper to taste.

  • Cook over low heat add a bit of chicken broth stirring and letting those vegetables wither very well, we check that our carrot is soft.

-If our carrot is already soft, we proceed to make the pasta, stirring everything very well and continue adding another little chicken broth, add our basil.

  • And let the pasta cook, let's not forget not to put a lot of chicken broth since the pasta is not strained if it is not necessary to let it dry, it remains with sauce but it is removed.

  • And if we have our pasta with vegetables, we add cheese to taste.
