Mousse De Mango/ Mango Mousse

Hola amigos de hive espero que se encuentren muy bien en esta ocasión les traigo una receta muy rica y sencilla mousse de mango .
En realidad iba hacer unos suspiros Ya asta tenia las claras montadas a punto de nieve.

Pero como me trajeron unos mongos quise hacer te mousse primera ves que lo hago a si por lo general las veces que lo hecho siempre uso leche condensada.

Pero creo que eso es lo bueno de la cocina, que podemos ser creativos a la hora de mesclar sabores.

A continuación les voy a mencionar los materiales que utilice. Pero primero les voy a mencionar un poco sobre esta fruta.

Sabían ustedes que el mango contiene
vitamina B6 y hierro, y es uno de esos alimentos ideales para la salud del cerebro. El hierro ayuda al funcionamiento normal de este órgano, y la vitamina B6 apoya su desarrollo cognitivo.

Por lo tanto, se puede deducir que mejora nuestra memoria.
Al ser rico en vitamina C, el mango juega un rol importante en el fortalecimiento de la inmunidad.

Aparte de esto, son una gran fuente de zinc, un mineral importantísimo para mantener la salud general del sistema inmune.

Ingredientes:

3 Claras de huevos apunto de nieve.
4 Cucharadas de queso crema
3 Cucharaditas de gelatina sin sabor
1 Mango grande maduro.

Preparación:

  • Una ves ya nuestra fruta ya lavada procedemos a cortar en cuadritos y con la ayuda de una licuadora procedemos hacer nuestro puré de mango agregándole la gelatina sin sabor sin olvidar reservar unos trocitos para la decoración

  • Colocamos el queso crema, vamos poco a poco agregando el mango revolviendo de forma envolvente incorporando nuestro mezcla de suspiro.

  • revolvemos todo muy bien asta lograr una mezcla uniforme.

Mango Mousse:

Hello friends of hive I hope you are very well on this occasion I bring you a very rich and simple mango mousse recipe.

Actually I was going to make a few sighs. I already had the whites mounted to the point of snow.

But since they brought me some mongos, I wanted to make you mousse for the first time that I do it if I usually use condensed milk when I do it.

But I think that's the good thing about cooking, that we can be creative when it comes to mixing flavors.

Next I am going to mention the materials that I use. But first I'm going to tell you a little about this fruit.

Did you know that mango contains
vitamin B6 and iron, and it is one of those ideal foods for brain health. Iron helps the normal function of this organ, and vitamin B6 supports its cognitive development.

Ingredients:
3 Egg whites for snow.
4 tablespoons cream cheese
3 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1 large ripe mango.

Preparation:

  • Once our fruit has already been washed, we proceed to cut into squares and with the help of a blender we proceed to make our mango puree by adding the flavourless gelatin without forgetting to reserve a few pieces for decoration
  • We place the cream cheese, we go little by little adding the mango stirring in an enveloping way incorporating our sigh mixture.
  • we stir everything very well until we achieve a uniform mixture.
  • Ready to serve
