A raw carrot salad with coriandro and a sauce of peanuts and sunflowers.
sauce: mix water, sunflowers oil, lemon, mustard, peanuts, sunflower and sea salt and mix. You can try the flavour and put more lemon or salt so be carefull at first . The mustard can be traditional or dijon, the last one is much better .
Hummus of chickpea with sesame oil and black sesame outside and in the blender , you mixed.
I mix the chickpea with sea salt, a little of sunflower oil,lemon and a little bit of water .
Not chicken, is soy curls, an organic soy that I make with garlic , and a little of soy sauce.
