3 Глави лук.
3 onions 🧅
Нарязан на дребно.
В тенджара за 5 Мин сам.
Cut as small as you want.
In the pan for 5 min by it self.
2 Моркова нарязани.
2 carrot 🥕 cut as small as you want.
2+ картофа(може и без) отново режем на дребно да се свърят по-бързо.
2+ photos (Can be cooked without) cut as small as you want, to regulate the boiling time...
Морковите влизат при Лука след 5 Мин.
Carrots 🥕 are going into the onions 🧅 after 5 min.
Изчакваме и морковите да омекнат още 5+ Мин и може да добавим картофите.
- Отново колкото по ситни нарязани по-бързо ще станат.
Waiting for the carrots 🥕 to soften 5+ min and then we can add the potatoes 🥔.
- As small as you cut them as faster they will boil.
Тук само Лещата(Червена въри се по-бързо)
Just the lentil by it self to boil(red lentil is boiling faster)
След като картофите са хубаво сварени:
Прибавяме лещата
Добавяме: Сол, Черен пипер, Къри, Куркума
Оставяме малко да поври(добавяме вода ако искаме супата да е по рядка)
Разбиваме с машинката...
After the potatoes are boiled:
Add the lentil.
Add: Salt, Black pepper, Curry, Curcuma
Let it stay for another 5+ minutes( add water to the soup if you like it more like a soup)
Mix it with the mixer.

О да редовно за момента.. :)
It's delicious and suitable soup in cold times at night. I mix lentils and rice when I cook it. It's also another meal that helps build muscle while gaining strength. I saw it on a documentary. did you tried it ?

lentils should be cooked and then the rice should be added to it. our body can't benefit from it to build muscle if it is not mixed. Each food has its role and we should know how to eat😊 good evening

But also we can taste the real food only if we eat only one kind...
