Turmeric is my favourite golden spice, for its great gastronomic versatility and its incredible benefits in natural medicine, I love its intense yellow colour, it gives a special touch to my preparations, today I cooked chicken breast and besides adding turmeric, I added a little bit of rosemary, you will see what a homemade delight !.....
La cúrcuma es mi especia dorada favorita, por su gran versatilidad gastronómica y sus increíbles beneficios en la medicina natural, adoro su color amarillo intenso, le da un toque especial a mis preparaciones, hoy cociné pechuga de pollo y además de colocarle cúrcuma, le añadí un poquito de romero, verán que delicia casera !...

Half a chicken breast, chopped into small pieces
Four chopped sweet red peppers
Two onions, chopped
Two cups of potatoes, cut into very small cubes
Half a tablespoon of turmeric
Rosemary ( a small portion, just to add flavour)
Oil
Salt
Coriander
Media pechuga de pollo picada en piezas pequeñas
Cuatro ajíes dulces rojos picados
Dos cebollas picadas
Dos tazas de papas , cortadas en cubos muy pequeños
Media cucharada de cúrcuma
Romero ( una pequeña porción, sólo para añadír sabor)
Aceite
Sal
Culantro
Procedure // Procedimiento
We start by seasoning the chicken breast, adding salt, chilli and onion... Then in a frying pan with hot oil, we start to cook the chicken
Comenzamos sazonando la pechuga, colocándole sal, ajíes y cebolla... Luego en un sartén con aceite caliente, empezamos a cocinar el pollo
We add a little rosemary, not too much, because we don't want it to invade the flavour, then we add the turmeric and stir the pot.
Le agregamos un poquito de romero, no mucho, porque no queremos que invada éste sabor, luego le colocamos la cúrcuma y movemos la olla
Now, add the potatoes, which should be in very small cubes, also add a cup and a half of water or chicken stock, cover and leave to cook.
Ahora, le añadimos las papas, las cuales deben estar en cubos muy pequeños, también le colocamos una taza y media de agua o caldo de pollo, tapamos y dejamos cocinarBefore turning off the preparation, we place a leaf of coriander, this is a culinary secret that will bring an exquisite flavour and aroma to this meal, you should leave a lot of sauce because the guests will love it!

Definitely this would be delicious and nutritious dish very deserve eat with rice. Unfortunately these days turmeric can't easily find in my state. However thanks for useful publication.
