I love to make big cakes because they last me about three days and the taste improves the next day, as you have seen in my previous posts I have a variety of recipes to share with you, this time I used melted butter and will have a more fluid mixture then after baking we will have a tasty and fluffy cake
Adoro hacer tortas grandes porque me duran aproximadamente tres días y su sabor mejora al día siguiente , como ya han podido observar en mis post anteriores tengo una variedad de recetas para compartir con ustedes, en esta ocasión utilicé la mantequilla derretida y pasará que tendremos una mezcla más fluida luego después del horneado nos quedará una torta sabrosa y esponjosa
For a large cake you will need // Para una torta grande necesitaremos
900 grams of leavening flour
1 kilo of sugar
250 grams of melted butter
100 grams of cocoa powder
Lemon zest
Two tablespoons of vanilla
Eight large eggs
Three cups of water
900 gramos de harina leudante
Un kilo de azúcar
250 gramos de mantequilla derretida
100 gramos de cacao en polvo
Ralladura de limón
Dos cucharadas de vainilla
Ocho huevos grandes
Tres tazas de agua
Procedure // Procedimiento
With the help of a mixer, either manual or electric, beat the melted butter with the sugar, vanilla, lemon zest and the eggs, adding them a little at a time, we must beat enough for at least five to ten minutes
Con la ayuda de un batidor puede ser manual o eléctrico unimos la mantequilla derretida con el azúcar, vainilla, ralladura de limón y los huevos añadiendolos a poco, debemos batir lo suficiente por lo menos de unos cinco a diez minutos
Sift the wheat flour with the cocoa and then add it to the mixture little by little, alternating with the water until these ingredients are all added, mix very well so that it is a fluid mixture with bubbles and without lumps
Cernir la harina de trigo con el cacao y luego se lo agregamos a la mezcla poco a poco alternando con el agua hasta acabar con estos ingredientes, mezclamos muy bien para que nos quede una mezcla fluida con burbujas y sin grumos

En un horno precalentado a 180 grados horneamos hasta que este lista nuestra torta, hacemos la prueba insertando un palillo de madera luego de tener aproximadamente 90 minutos en el horno, esta receta es muy sabrosa puedes decorarla si deseas yo la he dejado sencilla para merendar de inmediato, espero hayas disfrutado de este post lleno de dulzura y mucho cariño!
