We have a new mall in our vicinity called Sama Square. And at there, newly opened a new restaurant called Pizza Lab. Husband and eldest son had tried their opening promo the other day in the form of buffet-eat-all-you-can pizza. They said the pizzas were absolutely great. So, they must bring us there. Let's!
Pizza Lab at Sama Square
Location: G01A & G01A(E, Kompleks Sama, 2, Jalan 1/23c, SETAPAK, 53200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
Super love Sama Square because there will be no problem at all in finding car parks. Ample huge open-space. The downside is, no shelter, so if it is raining, then some inconvenience there.
Let's have a look at the ambience of Pizza Lab
Not a very huge restaurant but definitely comfortable and cosy ambience. The waiters there were so friendly, properly welcoming us by opening the door (gotto gain customers' approval and likes since it is new place) and then leading us to our seats. We were then served water and cutleries were arranged on tables. The whole place was so clean.
The food we ordered
Oh yes, we actually had a voucher of buy one free one 10inch pizza. So we ordered the highly recommended Meatzilla, the pizza was so freaking loaded with meat slices and minced beef balls, very generous, and thick layer of cheese at the bottom and very delicious pasta sauce combo. We really fell in love with Meatzilla. Wish the second pizza was also Meatzilla but husband said we gotto try their Duck pizza too.
Huat the Duck!
You know why they called it Huat? Coz this pizza has mandarin oranges slices which we use for Chinese New Year. Huat means prosper!!! So this Pizza was topped with smoked duck and oranges. Hence, Huat The Duck!!! Haha. Quite a nice combo but of course no other pizza can overpower the Meatzilla. However, this Huat Duck was delicious too.

BBQ WINGS
Husband wanted to support new business so he added on some sides. One of it was BBQ wings, very delicious. Nicely barbeque, the bbq sauce with a tinge of honey sweetness was delicious.
Meatballs
Nothing fancy about the meatballs because I thought it was made from those frozen meatballs but the boys loved it. The meatballs were in super delicious tomato paste sauce though. I actually dipped my pizza into this tomato pasta sauce. Yums!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time together amidst the busy day-in-day-out. And what delicious pizzas to compliment our family time together. We chatted about our days and how were the boys doing. Basically, they took turn to update the father what was happening around them. Great time, great food, feeling blissful.
I have never tried pizza like that, Meat slices and orange Pizza! They look fantastic.
I wish we could have a restaurant like that here which offers many variety.
Ya, over here, somehow people like to experiment with different type of combination. Some work. Some not so. π«£
