Greetings dear friends, welcome to my blog. Today I am once again joining the weekly contest Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Loads of Garlic. A bunch of garlic for a handful of shrimp—I took advantage of having these seafood ingredients on hand and prepared this recipe. Usually, garlic is sautéed with butter or margarine to give it more flavor and creaminess, but I made a few changes.

I used olive oil and a little parsley. The seasonings that accompanied this recipe were salt and pepper. Everything turned out delicious; the combination of garlic and shrimp is an explosion of flavors. The preparation is simple and quick, but with a luxurious result. I hope you like it.
Ingredients
- 76 g cleaned shrimp
- 26 g garlic (8 cloves)
- 10 g fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1.-. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

2.- Wash the parsley and chop it very finely.

3.-. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely.

4.- Add the olive oil to a skillet and preheat it over medium-low heat.

5.- Add the chopped garlic and parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix together, and when they have wilted a little (without letting them burn), add the shrimp.

6.- Stir the shrimp so that they cook evenly and prevent the garlic from burning. When the shrimp are pink on both sides, turn off the heat.

We served the shrimp with lots of garlic, accompanied by steamed potatoes and a hard-boiled egg.

I hope you liked it, this has been my participation in Hive Top Chef competition. See you another time.
