Good afternoon hive friends, this time I will make pindang cook from fish. Fish is s lot that is cooking eat,because fish contain lots of protein.
Salem the term name in Indonesia,is still in the Salmon family. There are two types of salem, salem that live in fresh water and salem that live in sea water.
For cooking, I use fresh water salem to make pindang, to get the fish I buy it at a traditional market.
As for the ingredient for making pindang, as follows 0,5 cintimeters thick galangal.
- 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
- 5 thinly sliced red onion
- 2 red chilies
- 1 spoon tomato sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lemongrass
- 1/2 ginger
- 1 sliced tomato spoon sugar
- 1 lime
- 1/2 spoon of salt
- 3 tables poons of oil
The cooking step, the first step wash the fish with running water,give it orange juice and let stand 15 minutes then wash again.
The second step prepare the spices that have been thinly sliced.
Third step, saute all spices until fragrant, the fourt step, add sugar,salt,tomato caos,seasoning ,the fifth step enter the salem fish, wait until the water boil,and try taste.
Wait a while until the fish is cooked,and them remove it. Put it on a plastic plat as long as it a standard health plate. Pindang salem fish ready to eat.
