Let's make a banana cake suitable for dessert.

Good evening to all Hive friends! Today, I’m going to share how to make a delicious banana cake, which is perfect as a dessert or a snack. Banana cake brings together the rich flavors of butter or margarine, the goodness of flour, and the natural sweetness of ripe bananas. The cake's soft and moist texture, combined with its aromatic scent, makes it a favorite for everyone.

This is a very simple recipe. You can prepare it with just a few basic ingredients, such as butter or margarine and eggs. The natural sweetness from the bananas not only adds flavor but also enhances the cake's moisture. Let me walk you through how to easily make this cake!

Required Ingredients...

🍀 2 or 3 Any ripe banana.
🍀 3 tablespoon of Margarine.
🍀 1 cup of Wheat flour.
🍀 1 egg.
🍀 1/3 cup of Sugar .
🍀 1/3 cup of Sugar powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
🍀 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda.
🍀 2 teaspoon of milk powder.
🍀 some water.

Method of making....

First, take a pan and place it on medium heat. Add about 1/3 cup of sugar and allow it to melt. Once the sugar has melted, add around two tablespoons of margarine or butter and mix until the sugar is fully dissolved. Once the mixture is well combined, remove the pan from the heat.

Next, take the banana and slice it lengthwise into two halves. Then, place the sliced banana into the mixture of sugar and margarine that you previously prepared. Arrange the banana slices carefully in the pan as shown in the image below.

Next, take an egg and crack it into a small bowl. Add the powdered sugar and margarine (about two teaspoons) to the bowl. Mix everything well until the ingredients are fully blended and smooth.

Next, take a sieve and add the corn flour, baking soda, baking powder, and wheat flour to it. Sift the ingredients together into a bowl and mix them thoroughly. This will ensure the dry ingredients are evenly combined and ready to be added to the wet ingredients.

Next, add the sifted dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well. Gradually add a little water to adjust the consistency as needed, ensuring the batter becomes smooth and thick. Continue mixing until everything is well combined and the batter reaches the desired consistency.

Next, take the prepared batter and gently pour it over the banana pieces that were set aside in the pan. Carefully mix everything together, ensuring the banana pieces are well coated with the batter. Once done, use a spoon or spatula to spread it evenly and press it gently to ensure the bananas are incorporated into the batter properly.

Next, place a flat roti plate on top of the mixture in the pan. Press it down gently and let it cook for about 30 minutes, allowing the ingredients to blend together and become firm. This method will help achieve a nice texture for your cake.
