Why is it called a chocolate volcano?
Chocolate volcano I think it's one of the best desserts out there and simply, for me one of my favorites.
When you accompany it with ice cream, even more so, because the sensation that it generates on your palate of something cold and hot at the same time is incomparable, that texture of that soft chocolate and at the same time the sponge cake with that touch of ice cream is the most rich there is
On the weekend we went with my family to celebrate my cousin's birthday, as a dessert we were able to delight several and one of my favorites was this, in the next few days I will share the photos of the other desserts.
I love that touch of powdered sugar that they put on top of the chocolate volcano. I especially love it when she grabs the spoon and like a little girl cuts the chocolate volcano waiting to see the surprise inside and that surprise is that touch of melted chocolate.

¿ porque se llamará volcán de chocolate?
Volcán de chocolate creo que es uno de los mejores postres que hay y simple, para mí uno de mis favoritos.
Cuando lo acompañas con helado, más aún, por qué la sensación que te genera en el paladar de algo frío y caliente a la vez es incomparable, esa textura de ese chocolate suave y al mismo tiempo el bizcochuelo con ese toque de helado es lo más rico que hay.
El fin de semana fuimos con mi familia a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi primo, cómo postre pudimos deleitar varios y uno de mis favoritos fue este , en los próximos días le comparto las fotos de los demás postres.
Me encanta ese toque de azúcar impalpable que le colocan en la parte de arriba al volcán de chocolate. Sobre todo me encanta cuando agarra la cuchara y como una niña chiquita corto el volcán de chocolate esperando a ver la sorpresa que tiene adentro y esa sorpresa es ese toque de chocolate derretido.
