This is a satay originating from North Sumatera called SATE PADANG.

This food has its own characteristics, namely the color of the turmeric spice which is very thick and yellow in color from the traditional concoctions of the North Sumatera region. To try it, you don't have to go to North Sumatera, because this satay trader is widespread in areas outside Sumatera. The meat used to make this satay food is usually chicken and beef, because the taste is not suitable if it is made with other animal meat.

The first step of making this satay is steaming the meat to be made of satay so that it is not too hard when eaten, then the meat is sliced ​​into small squares and skewered using a stick and burned, approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
For one stick of this satay has 5 to 6 slices of meat. The spices that are formulated to complement the distinctive taste of this satay cannot be separated from the turmeric which makes the spices yellow color and fragrant and taste that our tongue cannot forget.
