Hi beautiful Hive community, I prepared some glazed plantains that are very simple to prepare, tasty, wrapped in their natural sugar.

Ingredients

Yellow plantains
Vegetable oil
Cloves
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon stick

Method

Preparación

The shells are removed and chopped to the size you want.

Se quitan las conchas y se pican al tamaño que desees.

They are placed in a pot with boiling water, when the water begins to dry, it's changed to a slow fire to prevent them from burning.

Se colocan en una olla con agua hirviendo, cuando empiece a secar el agua, se deja a fuego lento para evitar que se quemen.

Cloves, vanilla and cinnamon stick are added. While letting it dry, they are regularly stirred so that all the plantains take on the flavor of the spices.

Se agregan los clavos, la vainilla y el ramo de canela. Mientras deja que vaya secando, regularmente se remueven para que todos los plátanos agarren el sabor de las especias.

When they get a golden color and molasses have formed at the bottom of the pot, it means that they are ready to give us a tasty sweet dessert with their natural sugar.

Cuando agarren un color dorado y se haya formado en el fondo de la olla un melado, significa que ya están listos para darnos un sabroso postre dulce con su azúcar natural.
