Recipe in Quarantine | Preparation "step by step" with a photographic summary of a rich CAKE - QUESILLO (In Bain Maria), by @gressy ✍️

Hello beautiful people of HIVE, who likes cake? Everybody! Now imagine the taste of our recipe for today, I show you step by step how to make a delicious CAKE - QUESILLO.

8 eggs
1/2 Kg of leavening wheat flour.
1/2 Kg of sugar.
250gr of butter.
liquid milk (Take the measurement of the condensed milk pot that you use for the cheese)
1 condensed milk.

To start we put a bowl and add sugar and butter and proceed to beat with an electric mixer until the sugar grains are diluted and add the eggs to continue beating and add the liquid milk and flour little by little until we finish our mixture.

NOTE: If you like, add lemon zest or vanilla.

To make the caramel of our quesillo we proceed to take the quesillera that we will use and place it over low heat in the kitchen and add a cup of sugar that we are going to stir until all the grains are diluted, when this happens we will take our pot holders more thick and rotate the quesillera until the caramel is attached everywhere, in addition, we take advantage of mounting a pot of boiling water that we will use later in the water bath.

We continue adding all our ingredients in the blender, four eggs, the condensed milk and we will use the same container as a reference for the amount of liquid milk and beat until they are well mixed.

We continue, now we will take the cheese makers and add the cake mixture first, then with the help of the palette we pour the cheese mixture so as not to open gaps in the mixture, close and place them in a pot with boiling water, the water should arrive by half of the quesillera, we will place the lid and let cook for approximately 45 minutes.

NOTE: It is necessary to be pending whenever the water is in the middle of the quesillera.
